"Lovely home with a wonderful view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the front deck and reading or just relaxing. It has easy access to the beach. It was so handy to have an elevator in the home. It made unpacking luggage and belongings and groceries much easier. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were able to cook dinner easily for our entire group of 7. There is plenty of room to sit down and eat, too. The rental company was helpful and easy to work with. We had two minor problems. The maintenance staff was friendly and took care of the problems quickly. We recommend this home for large family groups."
"This is our second time staying at Sand II 1-J. We enjoyed this stay as much as we did our first stay. When we arrived, we noticed how well-maintained and extremely clean the condo was. We also were very satisfied with the improvements that had been made since our 2014 stay. We were a little disappointed with the internet. The quick check-out was simple and convenient. On behalf of my family, we appreciated the hospitality from Sea Coast Rentals and the family who owns Sands II 1-J. We have stayed at least five different properties at Carolina Beach over more than ten years we have vacationed there. Sand II 1-J is our favorite. The condo feels less like a place you are renting and more like home for the week. The kitchen is one of the best parts of the rental because it has literally anything you can think of provided. We also very much enjoyed the porches and the pool. Thank you again for helping us to have a great vacation! We will see you next year!"
don't recall the names of the people I dealt with, but the staff were really,
really good. The timely responses to questions before renting via chat,
good e-mail reminders with information in them before the trip, and a nice
phone reminder-up just before you closed on Saturday really made a
difference. Even the text-messaging was good.
would improve the e-mails by adding an "add to calendar" (e.g. attach
a calendar item) to them. I have a few service providers who do this and
it is very nice to click one button in the e-mail and have it added to my
list of places to rent that can be sorted by "beach front" or
"beach view" is what caused me to rent from you - it made it very
though the property is a bit aged and needs some TLC as mentioned above, these
elements would not stop me from renting again.
The helpfulness of your staff is why I will
check your properties first the next time family comes to visit. You have
